Active job search – When appropriate to rejoin the workforce, clients are required to engage in a daily job search until they secure employment.
Recovery-focused living – Active participation in recovery programs, including working with a sponsor, attending meetings, and progressing through the steps, is required.
Transportation to mandatory meetings – We provide transportation to ensure clients stay consistent in their recovery commitments.
Life skills training – Extensive coaching on skills like budgeting, time management, and communication helps prepare clients for independent living.
Accountability through structure – Clear expectations, consequences for non-adherence, and a supportive community foster accountability and personal growth.
