The Tarzana Men's House: Nestled in a scenic hillside, with panoramic views of the valley, this beautiful home is a perfect transition for clients early in their recovery at the PHP and IOP levels, set up and staffed for greater supervision. Rules and structure of the house gives these newer clients earlier curfew, transportation to required nightly meetings, as well as a mandatory Sunday meeting, and greater training in life skills. While at Tarzan Men's House, clients are required to be active in their program, work with a sponsor, get commitments in local meetings, and be progressing through their steps. Consequences are given to clients that do not adhere to the structure of the house. We see relationships begin to form in early recovery as we discourage isolation and encourage fellowship in the house. The house has a pool table, ping pong table and a small weight room to encourage fun and camaraderie in sobriety.
